Eddilisa Martin, PharmD

Dr. Eddilisa Martin is the President of 2M Research. She has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences and health care industry. Dr. Martin is responsible for leading 2M’s growth strategy with biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms as well as serving a subject matter expert for our governmental clients. Prior to joining her spouse to lead 2M, she spent 17 years with Abbott Labs and AbbVie Pharmaceutical’s as a national clinical executive, medical liaison, and senior manager of clinical services. She also previously served as a clinical pharmacy manager and utilization specialist for one of the largest health insurers in the country, and as a clinical pharmacy specialist in cardiology medicine for one of the largest hospital systems in the country. Dr. Martin has therapeutic expertise across a number of diseases, including cardiovascular disease, oncology, immunology, and anti-infective pharmacology.

As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Martin received her Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas, Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. She is also the first African-American to receive her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. She was awarded the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy’s Sandoz Pharmaceutical Corporation Award for superior academic achievement in her Doctor of Pharmacy program. She is licensed to practice pharmacy in the states of Texas and Arkansas.
