Naorah Lockhart, PhD
Dr. Naorah Lockhart is a Education Research Analyst with 2M Research. She supports the Education Research practice. Prior to joining 2M, she was the program evaluator for SUNY Binghamton’s Broome County Promise Zone initiative where she worked on all aspects of program evaluation, from the development and planning stage to instrument development, quantitative, qualitative, and social network data collection and analysis, and reporting. Dr. Lockhart was a research consultant to the Special Education Teacher Training program at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands where she led trainings on network theory and analysis, consulted on instrument design, and collected data. Her research has primarily focused on interprofessional collaborative practice in school mental health programs. Dr. Lockhart received her PhD in Community and Public Affairs from SUNY Binghamton and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida.
